Stewardship 2025
To Be Continued...
Dear Friend in Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church will celebrate its 70th anniversary in February 2025! Plans are underway to celebrate all that God has done through our church's mission and ministry. But we are also celebrating all that God is doing and will continue to do!
During the month of October, our congregation is focusing on stewardship. This year’s stewardship focus is called To Be Continued. We believe that, by God’s grace, we are continually growing into the church God is calling us to be, and you are part of that.
We invite you to participate in the stewardship focus on the Sunday mornings of October 6, 13, and 20. Each Sunday's worship will highlight how God works through us to be a ministry of love, hospitality, hope, and healing. What does it mean for you to be part of this amazing ministry that is transforming lives for Jesus Christ?
Sunday, October 20, will be “Promise Sunday.” We ask that you prayerfully consider filling out a 2025 Promise Card (either hard copy available at the church, or by filling out the digital form below) in a manner appropriate for you or your family. We invite you to bring your Promise Card with you to worship on Promise Sunday as we ask God to bless the work of ministry that is to be continued through GBUMC. If you can’t be present on Promise Sunday, you are more than welcome to bring it another time or fill out the digital Promise Card. A catered meal will be served following each morning worship service on the Fairpoint campus. No reservation is required. Please don’t miss out!
Our prayer is that, through our stewardship focus, you will be encouraged and empowered to help us continue the great work of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world!
