Christmast Eve @ Fish House

So, it looks like W@W will be able to have a Christmas Eve Service at Fish House Restaurant in Pensacola.  As a restaurant, this is the only day all year that they are closed.  Right now, they think that they are willing to let us come host a Christmas Eve service/services there.  This gets me really excited as I think about Jesus being born in a manger... a secular place. ... like Fish House!  Our Advent series this year is "From the Manger to Main Street."  I think we have the most amazing opportunity to reflect that spirit at Fish House.

What I want to know from my readers is:

1.)  Would you be interested in attending a Christmas Eve Service at Fish House?

2.)  What time would you prefer for that service?

3.)  Would you like to have communion?

4.)  How could it deepen your faith to celebrate Christ's birth in a secular place like Fish House?

I'm getting excited just thinking about it!

Any other comments about a W@W Christmas Eve service at Fish House will be welcome.  Comment below and tell me what you think.

That sounds very exciting. We typically go to one of our church's services that evening, so "yes" to your first question. Late afternoon or early evening would be my choice and YES, definitely communion and, in answer to #4 - when several of the faithful are gathered together, it sort of becomes a holy place, doesn't it? That's my view, anyway. One question -would it be inside or outside?

Sorry that I didn't respond to your comments for a few days. We had a glitch that we just got fixed and I didn't get them until yesterday.

Anyway, the service will be at 6:00, outside, at Fish House.
